"Regulation on the Export and Import of Certain Harmful Chemicals" was published in the Official Gazette dated 28 January 2023 and numbered 32087.
With the published regulation, the protection of human health and the environment from the effects of harmful chemicals and for this purpose the use of harmful chemicals in an environmentally friendly manner, facilitating the sharing of information about the qualities of these chemicals, the national decision of the contracting parties and other countries on import and export. Procedures and principles regarding the promotion of joint responsibility and cooperation in awarding processes have been regulated.
